How the garden grows...

With spring officially here, we felt it was safe to plant a small garden. We tilled the area around Hannah's playscape and made her a garden. She loves the concept and helped with every aspect of creating, planting, and maintaining it. This is a great learning adventure for her especially when our squash seeds sprouted over the weekend.

We needed to add some top soil and compost to the area.

We planted red onions, yellow onions, yellow squash, zucchini, red bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, carrots and cilantro.

While I was at it, a few more flowers made their way home.
